What counts as novelty
A song released mainly as a joke, parody or comedy record, or performed by a comedian, a fictional or cartoon character, or a mascot.
What counts as charity
A single whose artist or label publicly committed, when it was released, to give all or most of its proceeds to a registered charity.
How to enroll

If it happens
