Payment Terms: 

Milestone Schedule (50 % / 50 %):
Deposit – 50 % is invoiced upon commencement of that phase and is due within five (5) days.
Balance – 50 % is invoiced upon Acceptance of the phase Deliverables under Section 2 and is due within five (5) days.

Late Payments. Overdue amounts accrue interest at 1.5 % per month (18 % APR), compounded monthly. If any invoice is more than thirty (30) days past due, PlayAbly may suspend Services until paid.

Conduct twelve (12) one‑hour user interviews.
Enrich customer data with third‑party demographic and psychographic insights.
Build two (2)–three (3) data‑driven personas, each with marketing briefs, segmentation triggers, and use‑case context:
Clear nicotine  vs. energy buyer personas
Tailored messaging & ad targeting
Segmented flows for higher relevance
Deliver full report including interview transcripts, keyword matrix, and audience strategy guidance.
