The Promotion begins at 12:01 AM ET on August 27, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on September 3, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). The last eligible transfer must be initiated and completed on or before 11:59 PM ET on September 3, 2026. Transfers initiated or completed outside the Promotion Period are not eligible. The conditional event (the 2026 US Open women's singles final) is expected to resolve on or about September 12, 2026.
The Promotion is open only to NEW Taptap Send customers who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. For the purposes of this Promotion, a new customer is a person who has not previously completed a money transfer using Taptap Send. Customers who have completed a transfer with Taptap Send before the start of the Promotion Period are not eligible for the rebate. Employees of Playably, Inc., Taptap Send, and their respective affiliates, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
There are two ways to enter. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Entry Method 1: Conditional Rebate via Qualifying Transfer.
Download the Taptap Send app and apply promotion code AEWINS to your first money transfer sent to the Philippines during the Promotion Period. The transfer must complete successfully to qualify. Only a new customer's first completed transfer qualifies, and it counts as one (1) entry. The qualifying transfer must be at least $100 USD. Transfers under $100 USD do not qualify. Applying the code does not change the transfer amount, the exchange rate, the fee, or the amount your recipient receives.
Entry Method 2: Mail-In Entry.
To enter without sending a transfer, hand write your full name, complete mailing address, email address, and the phrase "Taptap Send US Open Cashback Promotion" on a 3x5 postcard and mail it to: Playably, Inc., 3242 Lincoln Ave, Honolulu, HI 96816. Mail-in entries must be postmarked within the Promotion Period and received within seven (7) days of the close of the Promotion Period. Limit one mail-in entry per person.
If a player representing the Philippines wins the 2026 US Open women's singles title, each valid qualifying transfer entered during the Promotion Period is eligible for a rebate of $100 USD per customer, being 100% of the $100 USD minimum qualifying transfer. The rebate does not include transfer fees or any amount above the $100 USD cap. For the avoidance of doubt, a qualifying transfer of any amount greater than $100 USD is rebated at $100 USD, not at the full transfer amount. Eligible participants will be notified by email after the conditional event resolves and must submit their claim within forty-five (45) days. Claim instructions will be provided in that notification email, which links to the claim form at https://playably.ai/pages/taptap-send-us-open-cashback-claim-your-cashback Verified rebates are refunded by Venmo, to the Venmo account the participant supplies when submitting their claim, and are processed within thirty (30) days of verification. A valid Venmo account is required to receive the rebate. Playably, Inc. is not responsible for a rebate sent to an incorrect Venmo account provided by the participant. Limit one rebate per person, for a single qualifying transfer. Rebates are issued only if the conditional event occurs. If the conditional event does not occur, no rebate is issued and the transfer stands as sent.
Valid mail-in entries received per Section 3 are entered into a random drawing for the Mail-In Entry Prize described in Section 6. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible mail-in entries received. One (1) Mail-In Entry Prize will be awarded by random drawing conducted on or about September 15, 2026 by Playably, Inc., whose decisions are final.
One (1) gift card in the amount of $100 USD awarded to the randomly drawn mail-in entrant. No cash alternative. Prize is non-transferable.
Rebate recipients and the Mail-In Entry Prize winner will be notified by email at the address on the Taptap Send account or provided with the mail-in entry. Playably, Inc. reserves the right to verify eligibility, account standing, and transfer validity before issuing any rebate or prize, and to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, duplicated, reversed, refunded, cancelled, or that does not comply with these Terms. Transfers that are cancelled, refunded, reversed, or that fail to complete are not eligible. Unclaimed or undeliverable rebates and prizes are forfeited.
By entering, each participant represents and warrants that the information submitted is truthful, that any transfer entered is a genuine transfer sent by the participant for a lawful purpose, and that the participant will comply with these Terms, the Taptap Send user agreement, and all applicable laws.
By participating, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless Playably, Inc., Taptap Send, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Releasees") from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of or relating to participation in the Promotion or the receipt, use, or misuse of any rebate or prize. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Promotion or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and each participant consents to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
