For brands using PlayAbly Gamified Rebate, we collect and process:

  • Sales data tied to PlayAbly Gamified Rebate transactions (to calculate revenue share owed to PlayAbly).

  • Business contact details for merchant representatives.

Use of Information

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information. However, no system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for protecting your access credentials and any shared devices.

All payment transactions are handled by third-party processors. PlayAbly does not store or process payment card information directly.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy will be resolved in accordance with the dispute-resolution and binding-arbitration provisions of the PlayAbly Terms of Service.

Severability

If any part of this Policy is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Relationship to Terms of Service

Liability, indemnification, and other contractual matters are governed by the PlayAbly Terms of Service, which this Policy supplements. In the event of a conflict between this Policy and the Terms of Service regarding such matters, the Terms of Service control.
