Platform Policies
Version 1.0 · 3 October 2026
These policies describe how Playably promotions work for shoppers and merchants. They go with the Merchant Terms.
1. Offers and Promotional Terms
Every offer has Promotional Terms that shoppers see. They state the event, the official source for its result and the 48-hour wait for revisions, that the rebate excludes taxes and shipping, that the code cannot be combined with other discounts, and that cancelling or returning an order voids the rebate.
2. Shopper data we collect
Order number, the email used at checkout, the order's item subtotal and, when a shopper claims a rebate, a PayPal email. The PayPal email is encrypted when stored, used only to pay the rebate, and deleted no later than 180 days after the shopper submits it.
3. What shoppers agree to
By participating in a promotion, shoppers agree to share their personal data with Playably. See the Playably Privacy Policy for more. Shoppers may also tick an optional box to receive emails from Playably about promotions from Playably and other brands. The box is never ticked for you and is separate from the Promotional Terms. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any Playably promotion email, or by emailing help@playably.ai.
4. Payouts
Playably pays rebates by PayPal. A shopper claims within 45 days of the claim opening, and Playably pays within 30 business days. PayPal may charge the shopper fees to receive or withdraw the rebate; the shopper is responsible for them and Playably is not liable for them. A named Playably person approves every payout batch.
5. Tax forms
If a shopper's payments from Playably in a year pass the IRS reporting threshold, Playably needs a W-9 before paying. Playably does not store tax identification numbers in its own database.
6. Branding
Popups, banners and landing pages carry the Playably logo and link to playably.ai.
